By placing an order through Onope, you agree to the policies outlined below. These guidelines are in place to ensure you fully understand our return and refund process. This policy applies to orders placed within the United States.
Return policy
We offer a 180-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Lost your return label?
No worries — we don’t include return labels in our packages. Simply reach out to support@onope.com, and our support team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
How to start a return
To begin a return, please email us at support@onope.com with the following information:
- Your order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (a screenshot of your order confirmation)
- Reason for return
- A photo or video of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once we receive and confirm your return (typically within 24 hours of receipt), we’ll notify you via email. Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days. Please note: depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take an additional 3 – 5 working days to reflect in your account.
Damaged or incorrect items
We accept exchanges for items that are defective, incorrect, or sent in the wrong size. If any of these apply to your order, please contact support@onope.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, incorrect, or received in the wrong size. If you need to make an exchange, please contact our team via email.
- There is no return shipping fee for defective or incorrect products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After that time, cancellation may not be possible, depending on the production status of your order.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including street name and house number. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any resulting loss.
