Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time is based on both the handling time and the transit time, which vary depending on your selected shipping method and location.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2 – 3 business days for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information.

If you don’t see the tracking email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to the following locations:

  • APO/FPO addresses
  • PO Boxes (for certain items).
  • International destinations outside the United States

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping information is correct when placing an order. Please double-check the accuracy of your address at checkout.

  • If your address is incomplete or incorrect, we may contact you for clarification, which may delay your order.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a re-shipping fee of $6.99 will apply.
  • Returned orders may be discarded at our shipping partner’s facility after failed delivery.

We are also not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs if you redirect or forward your parcel after it has shipped.
