Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.

• This timeframe is crucial because all of our products are made to order, and the 12-hour window allows us to stop the production process before it begins.
  

After the 12-hour period:

• Cancellation may no longer be possible, depending on the production status.
  
• If the product has already entered production or has been shipped, the order is no longer eligible for a full refund.
  

✅ Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

2. Order Modifications (Changes to Size, Color, or Item)

If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the size, color, or replace an item), please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

• We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered production.
  
• After the 12-hour window or once the production has started, modifications are no longer guaranteed.
  
• If changes are not possible, you may be advised to complete the order as-is and follow our Return & Exchange Policy after delivery.

3. Shipping Address Updates

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@onope.com.

We can only update the address if your order has not yet been shipped. Once a package has been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to change the destination, and any re-delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
