1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error
  • You request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it
  • You are returning an item within 30 days of the delivery date, and the item meets the conditions listed below

To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must:

  • Be in brand-new, unused condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
  • Be returned in the original or equivalent protective packaging

All returned items are subject to inspection. Refunds may be denied or adjusted if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or does not meet return criteria.

2. Refunds for Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation is made within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After this window, your item may enter production or processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.
  • If cancellation is still possible after the 12-hour period, any refund will be reviewed and processed accordingly.
  • All approved cancellation refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Refunds for Returned Items

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the funds, which can take a few extra business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    In such cases, we may provide a prepaid label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund and to qualify for return shipping assistance (if applicable).

  • Your full name and order number
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
  • The reason for the refund request
  • If applicable, attach photos or a video showing the issue (for damaged or defective items)

Once reviewed:

  • If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item
  • Your refund will be processed once the return is received and passes inspection

6. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after your return is inspected and approved.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

7. If Your Refund Is Not Approved

If your refund is denied, you will receive an email outlining the reason (e.g., item used, return outside the 30-day window, damaged upon return).

  • If you believe the decision was made in error, you may reply to appeal, including any supporting evidence (e.g., additional photos or explanation).
